About Bathla Group
Established in NSW in 1997 and celebrating 25 years of unwavering
success, Bathla is a family-owned business created to provide a safe,
welcoming and accessible solution to enter and strengthen Australia’s
property market. From our beginnings in NSW, we have expanded to
regional NSW, South Australia and most recently to Victoria; the Bathla
team is passionate about delivering high-quality property and
construction services on a national scale.



Key Milestones

1997
Bathla was established as Universal Property Group in June 1997.

1998
The company’s first development of five townhouses was built at 87 Oramzi Rd, Girraween.

2003
The company grew and completed its first large development of 48 townhouses at 29-34 Patricia St, Blacktown.

2008
By 2008, Bathla was excelling and had completed 1000 houses, duplexes, and townhouses.

2012
Bathla’s first apartment project was built: 30 apartments and 7 retail spaces constructed at 465 Wentworth Ave, Toongabbie.

2015
The company moved to its current premises at 137 Gilba Rd, Girraween, housing its staff, showrooms, warehouse and manufacturing facilities.

2017
Bathla completed its first residential subdivision at Hambledon Rd, The Ponds.

2018
By 2018, Bathla had completed over 5000 houses, duplexes, townhouses, apartments and retail facilities.

2019
2019 showcased a major apartment development of 197 apartments at 31 Garfield St, Wentwortville, and a 270 apartment development in Schofields.

2020
In 2020, Bathla expanded into Regional NSW and interstate to South Australia.

2021
Bathla continued to grow, accruing development sites for 15,000 apartments and expanded to Victoria.

2022
Bathla commenced development for 2000 apartments, 1000 homes, and expanded all phases to commercial, industrial, township and other social infrastructure projects.
